She&Tech Empowerment Hub

is a nonprofit organization inspired by women leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), dedicated to empowering disadvantaged adolescent girls, women, and youth. The hub provides a platform for mentorship, digital skills training, and collaboration, designed to support personal and professional growth. By offering these resources, She&Tech helps individuals excel in their careers, education, and entrepreneurship.

The She and Tech Hub operates on a hybrid model, combining both online and in-person platforms to maximize accessibility, flexibility, and impact. This approach ensures that participants from various backgrounds and locations can access the hub’s resources, while still benefiting from community engagement, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences.

Our vision is to equip 250,000 youth, women and girls with the skills and mentorship needed to thrive in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), with a particular emphasis on Technology, by 2030.

Is She&Tech for only Northern Nigeria?

NO. The Northern Nigeria is the focus for the first phase and the other parts of the Country will be considered for the second phase.

How is She&Tech Sponsored?

She&Tech empowerment hub is funded based on sponsorship.

When was She&Tech started?

She&Tech started as an initiative called SheforTech under The Magaji Sambo Foundation but it was fully registered on the 22nd July 2023.

How can I be a part of She&Tech?

We need volunteers (mentors, program coordinators, state representatives and so on). You can also apply for any of our initiatives as long as you eligible. Please go to our initiatives for more information.
